I've been trying to run with some regularity. It's tougher than it sounds, with 8 kids. I'd like to go 3 times a week, minimum, but it doesn't always happen.
Today I couldn't drive to the track. It snowed & the roads were very slick. Instead I jogged in place on the rebounder. It was easier, & my body hurt less.
